Welcome members and visitors to the Business and Professional Women BC & Yukon’s website.

This is an exciting time to be part of the worldwide International Federation of Business and Professional Women. Our founding members have worked hard to get the status we now enjoy and we need to do our utmost to keep it. BPW has Category 1 Consultative Status at the United Nations giving deeper meaning and strength to our conviction to achieve a just and equal status of women in all levels and areas of society, where decision are taken in true partnership with men, based on mutual respect, for a more balanced and peaceful world.

Let’s not keep this amazing organization to ourselves. Share it with every woman you meet. Give them the opportunity to be a voice for women worldwide too.

I look forward to visiting the BC clubs and sharing the energy that I experienced in Langley and at the National Convention in Toronto. I look forward to much communication and, to celebrate your successes and help find solutions to any challenges you may face.
